푼 선생님과 낭기마을 분들께



푼선생님의 감동적인 낭기마을프로젝트보고서를 받아보고 너무나 기뻤습니다. 보고서를 읽으면, 또 사진을 보며 우리는 모두 감격에 벅찼습니다. 푼선생님이 가지신 모든 어려움들에도 불구하고, 이루신 일들은 우리의 마음을 울렸습니다. 우리 또한 사랑하는 그 땅을 지키고 더 좋게 만들기 위한 당신의 모든 노력에 감사드립니다.

유치원의 아이들이 교육재료와 운동장을 갖게 되어 정말 기쁩니다. 우리는 그 아이들이 공부하기에 충분한 재료들과 뛰어놀 충분한 공간이 있기를 기대합니다. 재봉교육을 받는 모든 분들이 가능한 빨리 낭기마을에 도움이 주고 자립할 수 있는 수입이 생기고, 다음에 재봉을 배우게 될 분들 또한 그 기회들을 이용할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 아마도 얼마 지나지 않아 더 많은 재봉틀을 갖춘 배움터가 필요해질거에요^^

우리는 또한 낭기마을의 환경보전 노력에 관심이 있습니다. 나무심기 사업에 대해 감사드립니다. 많은 나무들이 심겨질수록, 우리가 미래에 더 많은 좋은것들을 가지게될 것이라 생각합니다.
우리는 낭기에서 일들이 어떻게 진행되는지 모르기 때문에 푼선생님의 보고서는 우리가 마치 그곳에 있는 것처럼 모든것들이 보이게 합니다.
새로운 소식들 다시한번 감사드립니다.

몇일전 우리는 모임을 가지고 T셔츠를 만들기로 했습니다. 우리가 디자인을 하고, 낭기의 재봉교육을 받는 분들이 만들어주실 수 있다고 생각합니다. 그리고 우리가 낭기에서 만들어진 옷의 가격을 지불할 수 있습니다. 이런일들이 가능하기를 바랍니다. 가능한지 아닌지에 대해 알려주십시오.

Dear Mr. Pun and Nangi villagers,

We all are pleased to have received your moving progress report of the projects for Nangi and your neighborhoods. Reading the report and looking at the pictures, we are filled with emotion. It is very impressive! In spite of all the difficulties you have, the things you have accomplished touched our hearts deeply.

Thank you all for trying to preserve and improve the land that we also love.
We are all pleased that the children of the nursery schools now have educational materials and playground. We expect them to have enough materials to study with and space to play on from now on.  

We hope all the women who are taking the sewing training will contribute to your community and be able to earn their own living as soon as possible, so that  future students can use these resources too. Maybe you will soon need the training house with more sewing machines.^^  

We are also interested in trying to preserve the environmental integrity of the community. We appreciate the project. We feel that the more trees planted, the more good things we will all have in the future.  

Because we don't always know how things are going in Nangi, your report helps us to figure things out as if we were there. Thank you for all the news again!  

And could you remember telling of how we'd like to share some memorial things of the Nangi project to show our brotherhood with you? A few days ago we had a meeting and decided to make T-shirts. We feel that we could design the symbol or the picture for the T-shirts and  that the sewing trainees could make them. So could the clothes be made in Nangi if we pay for them? We hope that this is possible.
